Survivor Nicaragua Episode 4

This show really doesn't do a good job of keeping my attention anymore. I'm really not sure why I'm watching it.

I find it hard to believe they can't find food. If it were me, I think I'd be following those monkeys to see what they are eating. There has got to be food on the island besides fish.

Temple Grandin - Awesome Movie

This is a movie based on a real life person. Temple Grandin is a woman with Autism - Aspergers who has a photographic memory and appears to eat only yogurt, pudding and green Jell-O.

This is an incredible story. Temple Grandin started college in the late ‘60’s and not only had to deal with her Autism - Aspergers but being discriminated against because she is a woman. Despite all this she accomplishes amazing things. Just to name a few without giving away too much about the movie. She receives her Doctoral degree, invents the hug machine, is published in many magazines, and has published a couple of books.

Survivor Nicaragua Episode 3

I love Jimmy Johnson talking to the monkeys.

Naonka is one the nastiest people I've seen since Brittney and Monet. I don't understand why people have to personally attack other people.

Jimmy Johnson was voted out.

Fairly boring episode, except for Naonka attacking the fruit basket to get a clue she doesn't know how to decipher.

It will be interesting to see if some of the big mouths on the older team will be able to put their money where their mouth is. They seem to think they are so much better than Jimmy, yet they are the ones that pretty much put Jimmy J in the leader position, which I think was done in part so they could blame him for the loses.

I think it time for some people on the older team to put up or shut up.

This Always Makes Me Laugh

I just love this picture so I thought I would share it with you.

Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog

I probably would not have picked this movie to watch had someone not recommended it to me, just because I don't usually care for musicals. This was evidently written during the 2008 writers strike and originally debuted as an online mini series.

It is a short 42 minute quirky musical starring Nathan Fillion as Captain Hammer and Neil Patrick Harris as Dr. Horrible. Both fall in love with the same girl played by Felicia Day.

This movie mad me laugh out loud several times. If you need a good laugh this will do it.

I give it 5 stars just for the laughing.

And Then There Was One

This is a movie based on a real life story. Stars Amy Madigan and Dennis Boutsikaris. It is about a couple who try for years to get pregnant. They finally have a baby girl and soon discover she has AIDS. Needless to say this is a heartbreaking story.

Since I love movies based on real life I give it a 4 star.

Rahm Emanuel To Resign

I just heard Rahm Emanuel, White House Chief of Staff, is going to resign so that he can be Mayor of Chicago.

I also heard he is responsible for helping to get the Frank-Dodd Act and Health Care Reform Bill through.

Well if this is the case I say good riddance!

Thanks to the Frank-Dodd Act it now costs ten times more for Forex Trading.

The new "Health Care Reform", now means people who couldn't afford health insurance still won't be able to because they'll be too busy paying fines.

So again, I say good riddance. This kind of help I don't need!

Tony Curtis Died

How sad. Tony Curtis has died at the age of 85. Tony evidently died of a heart attack at home on Wednesday.

I was just watching Jamie Lee on The Nate Berkus Show. Best wishes to all his family.

I Wish the Government Would Stop Trying To Help!

They just keep making things worse with all their helping.

I really wish the government would keep their hands out of my pockets! They have enough of my money, they don't know how to spend it and now they want control over how I spend what little they leave me.

Last year I moved my Forex account to Europe because of the new rules imposed by the US such as no hedging, and FIFO (First in First Out) rules.

Ahmadinejad Interview With Larry King - My Take

This guy is just creepy, weird, psycho. It's very scary he is President of anything.

He claims the US has over sanctioned Iran, that they have been under sanction for more than thirty years. He says they have been under sanctions for so long it doesn't matter anymore. They've become a stronger country because of the sanctions. Okay, he probably has a point about that. But if the sanctions don't matter why would he care if they are over sanctioned.
