What a bag of mixed emotions.
After tears all week, watching all the great flashbacks and the reality that the show is really ending, ABC ends the show stealing lines from other shows. I mean come on! They didn't even rate their own original lines after forty years. That's just so sad.

More Stars - Actors Returning To All My Children
Okay maybe I'm late to the party but I've just seen that Leven Ramblin will be returning to All My Children as Lilly, and Carol Burnett will return as Verla Grubbs. If you don't remember her and you've watched for years, think back to the days of Langley and Phoebe. Verla was Langley Wallingford's daughter.

ABC Has Done It Again! | Katie Couric's New Show
No, I don't mean they have come up with an awesome new show, or that they had a change of heart and decided to Save Our Soaps.
It feels like ABC just keeps sucker punching us dead square in the face and saying take this! Well I'll tell you what. I am so close to done I almost can't see out these black and blue eyes ABC keeps giving me.

Finally a new episode! "It's a long way back"
I guess Callie having a traumatic brain injury will allow a lot of avenues for storyline. I sure hope she gets to operate again. Callie certainly is a fighter.
I love Christina. Are you giving me the finger? Good job! And then telling Callie the baby looks like a chicken. It's sad and scary, but Christina made it funny.

Roger Howarth Returning To One Life To Live Sooner Than Expected - Picketing - Boycotting
It was originally reported that Roger Howarth would start filming his return to One Life To Live in May.
Now it seems his first on air appearance will be on May 13th.
I can't wait to see if he will be "The Real Todd Manning" or someone else.
I still can't believe that ABC has canceled these shows. I am really hoping they are losing viewers across the board and that soap viewing is picking up. Yesterday people picketed Disney, ABC, and affiliates across the United States, ABC in New York called the police on the picketers. Way to win fans ABC!

Grey's Anatomy April 28, 2011 Finally A New Episode!
"It's A Long Way Back"
I hope we will finally get to see what happens to Callie and her baby and get some of our other questions answered.
Like who is going to be Chief resident, will Teddy and Henry get together? And how about Lucy and Alex? Or will Lucy get sent packing after her major incompetence with Callie? Will Eli propose to Bailey? Will Bailey say yes if he does? Will Meredith get pregnant? What will happen between Christina and Owen now that he is picking the Chief resident?

Grey's Anatomy April 21, 2011 A Rerun Again Bad ABC!
Are you kidding me?
Grey's Anatomy and Private Practice are both reruns again tomorrow according to my TV guide. SERIOUSLY!
That's the third week of reruns. Is ABC going broke? They can't produce the shows? Why did they start a new season and then start showing reruns. What the heck?

All My Children One Life To Live Soaps Canceled Hoover Pulls Advertising
Well good for Hoover. I support them and I hope other advertisers follow suit. I haven't seen how long Hoover was an advertiser, but I'm guessing it was at least as long as the soaps have been on. And how smart of Hoover was it to hop on Facebook and Twitter and start collecting email addresses of their female audience. Maybe ABC should hire some of the Hoover marketing executives.
I've spent a lot of time this morning reading through tweets of angry soap viewers, articles from soap sites and ABC trying to justify what it has done.
I still believe these soaps are making money. ABC just wants more money, they are just a bunch of greedy so and so's to put it politely. ABC knows it is going to lose the revenue from The Oprah Show and they are trying to make up for it anyway they can. In one article it was revealed ABC has been working on replacing these shows for over a year now. So this is not something that has just happened out of the blue because of ratings. It's just another ABC lie.

ABC Canceled All My Children and One Life To Live
Wow ABC just two weeks ago you announced All My Children would not be canceled, that there would be a writer change and all was well. Now this? Was this just a ploy to sell Susan Lucci's book? Or is the cancellation itself a ploy to sell the book. Guess what, I'm not buying the book. I'll wait until Susan Lucci writes a book that ABC isn't getting a percentage of. I feel lied too, violated. It's just wrong!
Today you announce both All My Children and One Life To Live have been canceled.
