Mark Kerrigan has been charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after his 70 year old father was found dead on Sunday in the family’s Boston area home. He plead not guilty.
Apparently Mark Kerrigan was belligerent and appeared intoxicated. He wanted to use the phone and his father would not let him. He struggled with his father, put his hands around his father’s neck and his father fell to the floor. He said his father was faking it.
Brenda Kerrigan, the mother, said her husband died of a heart attack.
This is just sad on so many levels.
