This is about a navy officer played by Kevin Costner. Bonus there already. hehe He meets a woman falls in love, and then finds out, she's his new boss' mistress. Then the drama begins.
There's murder, conspiracy and cover ups. Of course it's in Washington, DC.
Other cast members include Gene Hackman, Sean Young, Howard Duff, and Will Patton.
I gave this one four stars.
