Deadliest Catch Season 7 Episode 16 Recap "Season Finale"

"Mohawks & Madness, Goodness & Gladness"

This is so exciting and sad all of the same time. It’s about seven in the morning and I’m just getting to watch the show now, but I can tell from the hits to the blog already that something good must have happened. I wish I could’ve stayed awake to watch the show with all of you on Twitter, but my body just wouldn’t cooperate.

It’s sad because the season’s over and now we have to wait until April again for a new episode.

Henry Kapono is singing and playing the guitar this week.

This episode is called "Save Me". Motivated by something Johnathan Hillstrand said last week. Captain Johnathan is excited he even gave a shout out to his mom. I love that Johnathan and Andy always talk about their mom. I learned last week she runs their Time Bandit store.

Mike Rowe, Johnathan Hillstrand, Andy Hillstrand, Sig Hansen and Keith Colburn are at the table.

Deadliest Catch Season 7 Episode 5 Recap

"A Wing And A Prayer"

A very interesting episode to say the least.

We get to see the Northwestern. Yea! We will get to see if Jake Anderson caught any crab on the string he set. Oh no the boat has lost all power and is headed for the dock. Edgar Hansen to the rescue! Edgar can't leave, what would they do without him? Where was Nick? Why wasn't he down in the engine room helping? Edgar says this season is going to be legendary. That kind of concerns me. When they first lost power Captain Sig Hansen screamed Edgar drop the anchor, but Edgar went to the engine room and started the backup generator. Captain Sig Hansen is going on about nobody was going to set the anchor, that if Jake Anderson wants to be a Captain he can't just wait for somebody else to handle it. Looked to me like Jake Anderson was doing something he had that big ole rope he was putting up.
