Big Brother 12

I don't want to spoil it for anyone, but I just couldn't hold it in any longer, so I'll try not to give anything away, for those of you who don't watch the live feeds or After Dark.

I'm loving Brendon's new hair-doo, and Enzo's new outfit is just to cute. I'm thinking I might need a pair of those hand cuffs. If you haven't seen them yet, you'll probably see them Wednesday night.  I'm thinking they could have many uses.

I'm really not liking the way the nominations and veto have went, and I'm not sure what's going to happen with the double eviction this week, it should be interesting....

I just want to see Brendon gone, but I'm kinda liking the rest of them, even Brittany is growing on me. Ragan's crying is getting old. He needs to get a grip, looked like he was getting it together last night. I sure hope so.

I guess we'll get to see Cathy and Rachel meet at the jury house this week too. OIY

Prop 8 Big Brother

I was just thinking how happy Ragan probably is about the prop 8 being over turned, especially since he lives in California.

Then I remembered he won’t find out until he gets out of the house.

I was watching Big Brother After Dark the other night, and Kirsten was lobbying people for votes.   She said people should vote to keep her in just so Rachel doesn’t get her way.

I thought this was a really good point and she should keep pushing it, but I haven’t heard her say it since.
I just want Rachel out of there.  She gets on my nerves.  I just want her gone, gone, gone.

Big Brother 12 Brendon and Rachel

I am so sick of  these two.   I can’t believe  Matt didn’t put one of them on the block, pretty stupid for a genius.   How could he not think Brendon or Rachel might win power of veto?  If either Brendon or Rachel wins neither of them would go on the block unless they are stupid enough to use the veto.

Spoiler Don’t read this if you don’t watch After Dark or the live feeds.

Okay so it looks like the Power of Veto winner is………….. Brendon.  Rachel had to have a drama moment about whether to use the veto or not. ???  She’s gotta know if he use’s it she”s going home.

Brendon and Rachel are hoping to get to the jury house so they can have sex for months off camera.    Ewwwwww

I really was hoping Rachel would be gone before the jury house so I wouldn’t have to listen to her any more.

Well, I say it’s about time!

Now if we can just get them (the government) to work on enforcing I-9′s & fining the non compliant employers.  Imagine the money they could bring in with the fines on that, and maybe free up some jobs for legal immigrants and Americans as well.

Annie Evicted

I thought it might be Annie that was the saboteur.  She was sitting on the floor when the lights went out, so she could have easily sneaked off and came back without anyone noticing.

It was hard to say because when I rewatched the episode to see if  I could figure out who was on the couch when the lights went out, I discovered discrepancies with the clips, like Andrew being in shorts when the lights went out and sweats when they came back on. Or Andrew standing in the bedroom (cut back to the couch) and he’s sitting on the couch.  So no way to tell how long the lights were really out and what went on.

So I’m kinda glad she  is gone, she was getting on my nerves repeating stories, but at the same time I gotta give her credit,  she was fighting to stay in that house.

I can’t believe the saboteur is the first one voted out though.  It would have made it more fun to have saboteur there.

I think if I was the saboteur and the first one voted out, I would have let loose all those bugs in the have not room.

Who Out There Is Watching Big Brother?

Who Do you think the Saboteur is?

I'm thinking Brittany, but then Brendon left when the lights went out.

Annie is suspicious also.

Is Your Computer Male or Female?

Originally posted 02/17/2010

A SPANISH Teacher was explaining to her class that in Spanish, unlike English, nouns are designated as either masculine or feminine.

‘House’ for instance, is feminine: ‘la casa.’
‘Pencil,’ however, is masculine: ‘el lapiz.’

A student asked, ‘What gender is ‘computer’?’

Instead of giving the answer, the teacher split the class into two groups, male and female, and asked them to decide for themselves whether computer’ should be a masculine or a feminine noun. Each group was asked to give four reasons for its recommendation.

The men’s group decided that ‘computer’ should definitely be of the feminine gender (‘la computadora’), because:

1. No one but their creator understands their internal logic;
2. The native language they use to communicate with other computers is incomprehensible to everyone else;
3. Even the smallest mistakes are stored in long term memory for possible later retrieval; and
4. As soon as you make a commitment to one, you find yourself spending half your paycheck on accessories for it.

(THIS GETS BETTER!)

The women’s group, however, concluded that computers should be Masculine (‘**el** computador’), because:

1. In order to do anything with them, you have to turn them on;
2. They have a lot of data but still can’t think for themselves;
3. They are supposed to help you solve problems, but half the time they ARE the problem; and
4. As soon as you commit to one, you realize that if you had waited a little longer, you could have gotten a better model.

The women won.
