The serial killer kills people and then takes over their identity. Because of this he has been on the loose for years, until one day his mother spots him. He has supposedly been dead for 19 years.
Illeana Scott is on his trail now. The ending is unexpected and I won't give it away. Pretty interesting story. I'll give it 3.5 stars.
Kiefe Sutherland is also listed in the cast of this movie, I must have blinked. I didn't see him.
Rated UR I don't know what UR is I wish they would quit coming up with new ratings. Strong violence including disturbing images, language and some sexuality.
